Los demandantes, la Sra. Teresita Vaillant Valenciano y sus dos (2) hijos, María Teresa Dávila Vaillant y Rafael Carlos Dávila Vaillant, presentaron el 23 de agosto de 1996 una acción contra los demandados, Santander Mortgage Corporation y otros, por incumplimiento de un contrato de hipoteca, por daños y peijuicios y por fraude al tribunal, entre otros.
