SANBORN, Circuit Judge.
This appeal (which was allowed by both this court and the United States District Court) is from an order denying the appellant’s motion to modify an order “classifying creditors and stockholders, determining the time and manner for filing of claims, and providing for submission of plan of reorganization.” The proceeding is one under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C. § 207 [11U.S.C.A. §207]).
