There is no merit in this application to have the proceedings in the Superior Court reviewed.

The only testimony as to the accident was on the part of the defendant in error, plaintiff in the Superior Court. She testified and was corroborated, that, being a passenger on a car of the company, she attempted to alight from it, when the car had been stopped for that purpose, and while she was partly off, the car was started by the conductor, and she was thrown to the ground and hurt.
