Two questions are presented on appeal in this Louisiana-based diversity case: (1) whether the work that Mechanical Contracting Engineers, Inc., performed for Chevron at its plant in Belle Chase, Louisiana, was, as a matter of law, part of Chevron’s “trade, business, or occupation” for the purposes of establishing coverage under § 6 of the Louisiana Workmen’s Compensation Statute, La.
