This is an appeal from an order of the District Judge who, on petition for review, reversed the order of the referee in bankruptcy. 1
The bankrupt claimed as exempt various items of personal property, under the $1,000 personal property homestead exemption afforded by the Florida constitution, F.S.A.Const. Art. 10, § 1. Included were ten shares of stock of Ran- line, Inc., a close corporation. The trustee and the sole creditor of the bankrupt objected to the claim.
