| xPIaintiffs1 appeal from a judgment rejecting their tort claim for wrongful denial of a building site plan and dismissing their lawsuit against the City, of Shreveport. We affirm.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND

Plaintiffs are commercial property developers who sought to build a Dollar General store2 on a 1.13-acre lot at the intersection of Jefferson Paige Road and Pines Road in Shreveport.
