This is an action upon a promissory note for the sum of $200 executed by the defendants, Jacob Nowak and Louis Nowak, father and son, ón October 5, 1921, payable to the order of the plaintiff, Mar garet Swoboda, .three months after the date thereof. The trial, before the court and a jury, resulted in a verdict and judgment for plaintiff for the amount of the note and interest, and the defendants have appealed-
