SLOVITER, Circuit Judge.

This appeal arises out of an action filed by Appellant Frank Pascucci in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey against the Township of Irvington, the Irvington Police Department, and officers of that Department. Pascucci alleges employment discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983, the New Jersey Constitution, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the New Jersey Tort Claims Act, and various other state law claims.
