Mr. Justice Day.. Plaintiff in error, to whom we will refer as defendant, was granted a new trial as a result of our having reversed his previous conviction in Quintana v. People, 158 Colo. 189, 405 P.2d 740. He is here again alleging that prejudicial errors tainted his second trial, and that his conviction on two counts of aggravated robbery and conspiracy should again be reversed. We find no merit in Quintana’s arguments and affirm the judgment of the trial court.
