Appeal from the’ Orphans’ Court of Snyder county: Of May Term 1880, No. 219. Appeal of Jeremiah Snyder and others from the decree of the court in the distribution of a fund in the hands of the guardian of Allen S. Hummel, deceased. George A. The testator, George A. Snyder, directed all his real estate to be sold. The proceeds, together with his personal property, constituted the estate of which he disposed. It was, of course, all personal estate. Subject to a provision in favor of his widow during her life, he gave the whole of it in equal shares to his six sons, a daughter and a grandson, Allen S. Hummel, the child of a deceased daughter.
