This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment entered on a jury verdict for the defendant in a personal injury action arising from an automobile collision.

As the defendant was making a left turn into a parking lot, her vehicle was struck by a vehicle being operated by Tavakolian, who is not a party to this litigation, thus causing it to collide with the rear of the plaintiff’s vehicle, which was parked in the lot. The defendant testified that she saw Tavakolian’s vehicle approaching her but believed she had “plenty of room, plenty of time” to complete her left…
