Plaintiff, Charlotte Mays, appeals from the district court’s order dismissing Plain tiffs claims of discrimination on the basis of marital status, pursuant to the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1691(a)(1), and provisions of Regulation B of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 12 C.F.R. Part 202; deprivation of “due process and natural justice;” and violations of Ohio statutes and common law.
