ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION

FERNANDEZ-BAD ILLO, District Judge.

This is an action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) to review the final adverse decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying the claim of Juan Rodriguez Crespo for disability insurance benefits. In his application for a period of disability and insurance benefits, filed a month after leaving his last job, this 59 year old plaintiff described his disabling impairment as stomach trouble and fixed July 4, 1967 as the date when he became unable to work due to such condition.
