Lobis, J.), entered on or about September 23, 2014, which declined to exercise jurisdiction, unanimously dismissed, without costs, as taken from a nonappealable ex parte order, such appeal deemed an application pursuant to CPLR 5704 (a) to review the order, and the application denied.
