WEBER, Chief Judge.
This is an interpleader action brought by a New York corporation to determine the rights of two Pennsylvania residents to insurance proceeds under a policy issued by it. 1 In its complaint the Plaintiff, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, acknowledges that it is liable for the payment of some $28,778.43 in life insurance benefits owed under a policy it issued to Mr. Dennis D. McCall. In fact, Metropolitan has already deposited these proceeds in the Registry of the Clerk of Court. Accordingly, all that Metropolitan is asking this court to do is determine to whom…
