This is an appeal from a judgment by the Circuit Court of Morgan County denying appellant's petition for a writ of mandamus. Appellant's petition for mandamus sought to compel the reversal of an order by the Alabama State Tenure Commission affirming a decision by the Hartselle City Board of Education to cancel appellant's contract as a principal in the city school system. Appellant has obtained "continuing service status" under the Teachers' Tenure Law, Title 52, Section 351, et seq. of the Code of Alabama 1940 (Recomp. 1958).
