When this case was before the Court on a former occasion, 16 Maine R. 184, it was decided, that all the members of the superintending school committee being notified, that they might have the opportunity to take part in its deliberations and decisions, a majority might perform the duties. And that notice should be given, although a member might then be absent from home.
