Judgment unanimously modified as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice and as modified affirmed in accordance with the following Memorandum: Along with several codefendants, defendant was charged with participation in two robberies. He pleaded guilty to two counts of robbery in the second degree (Penal Law § 160.10 [1], [2] [b]; § 20.00). County Court imposed concurrent terms of incarceration of 5 to 10 years on each count, the maximum permissible sentence under the plea agreement.
