This writ of error was sued out by Templeman, the respondent, to secure the reversal of an. order of the probate court of Cook county entered March 30, 1931, in certain proceedings brought under sections 81 and 82 of the Administration. Act, Cahill’s St. ch. 3, fifí 82, 83 (Smith-Hurd’s Ill. Bev. Stats. 1931, p. 95) and in the estate of George Glauner. The record before us discloses that on September 24, 1928, Phillip E.
