Appeal from District Court of Pueblo County. The National Land and Improvement Company and the Colorado Springs Company were corporations authorized by law to acquire and hold lands, and to dispose of them by sale or otherwise. Charles B. Lamborn, as trustee, received a patent from the government of the United States for certain lands situated in El Paso county, Colorado. The evidence on the part of the plaintiff showed a certificate of its incorporation, filed in the office of the county clerk and recorder of El Paso county, June 29th, 1871.
