In an action in which a judgment was entered July 20, 1972, inter alia, enjoining defendants from using the word "Pennysaver” in certain publications, plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 23, 1977, which denied their application to adjudge defendants to be in contempt of court for violating and disobeying the terms of the judgment.
