The complaint in this action consisted of two counts. The first count alleged that on February 18, 1955 the Blackhawk Mutual Insurance Company issued to John Nelson, Jr. its automobile liability insurance policy; that while said policy was in full force the insured was involved in an automobile collision as a result of which Judson L.
