This was a bill in chancery, filed to set aside certain mortgages and deeds of. conveyance of real estate, and to have judgments recovered by complainants against defendants, satisfied by a sale of the property. It appears that Mason, in his lifetime, for the purpose of assisting his son-in-law, Mark Ayers, in commencing business, loaned him about $5,000, which he had procured by borrowing and mortgaging his own property to secure its payment.
