This is an action brought by Clonie May-on against Delta Well Logging Service, Inc. and its insurer, Travelers Insurance Company, seeking recovery for damages in the total amount of $66,000 claimed to have resulted from a collision between his motor scooter and an automobile being driven by Henry Oscorno, an employee of Delta Well Logging Service, Inc. The accident occurred on November 17, 1956 on Federal Avenue in Morgan City, Louisiana, in the Parish of St. Mary, at sometime between 6:30 and 7:00 A.M.
