FARRELL, Associate Judge:

This is an appeal from the dismissal of an action by which appellants sought damages for alleged misconduct by appellee, including fraud and breach of an implied duty of fair dealing, in the course of an arbitration proceeding. The arbitration resulted in an award for appellants, but they maintained in their suit that appellee’s conduct had been designed “to hinder and defraud [appellants] and the arbitration panel,” presumably resulting in an award less than appellants would have received but for the fraud and unfair dealing.
