OPINION

MacMAHON, District Judge.

Defendants Gerber Scientific, Inc. (“GSI”), Gerber Garment Technology, Inc. (“GGT”) and Camsco, Inc. (“Camsco”) move to dismiss the complaint against them and to drop them as parties. Plaintiffs allege claims under Section 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 2 (“Sherman 2”); Section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 18 (“Clayton 7”); Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act, 15 U.S.C. § 78j(b); and Rule 10b-5, 17 C.F.R. § 240.10b-5; and the common law.
