The Cleveland Trust Company, as executor of and trustee under the last will and testament of Lillian Prall Ludlow, deceased, appeals from a decree of the circuit court construing certain portions of the wills of John F. Taylor and Jennie B. Taylor, adverse to its contentions concerning vested interests in the principal of the trust under the will of John F. Taylor and appointment under the will of Jennie B.
