This is an appeal from a decree of the superior court of Cook county construing the last will and testament of Ezekiel Morrison, deceased. The appellee Charles E. Morrison, complainant in the court below, filed his bill, individually and as trustee under the last will and testament of Ezekiel Morrison, asking that the. court below construe the said will, and made parties defendant, among others, Carrie M.
