The State appeals the dismissal of an information it filed against the defendant, Patricia Foxall, charging her with disorderly conduct in violation of section 26—1(a)(7) of the Criminal Code of 1961 (the Code). 720 ILCS 5/26—1(a)(7) (West 1994).
