PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE
This case is before the Court upon a complaint filed 25 September 1981 by Dor-man Henry Stamper vs. Mary A. Stamper seeking a judgment for contempt of court; the answer and counterclaim filed in behalf of Mary A. Stamper on 19 October 1981 seeking a determination of nondischarge-ability; and the evidence as stipulated at the pretrial hearing held on 6 November 1981.
