HORTON, Justice.

Shannon McKean appeals from her judgment of conviction, entered following a jury verdict, for five counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of aiding and abetting the delivery of a controlled substance. McKean argues the district court erred by determining that a substance known as AM-2201 was a controlled substance under the version of Idaho Code section 37-2705(d)(30) then in effect.
