Reading Housing Authority (“RHA”) filed a motion for relief from the automatic stay (“the Motion”) seeking to enforce its rights and remedies under a lease with the debtor, Olga Valentin (“Debtor”), for a public housing unit in Reading, Pennsylvania. While RHA alleged both pre and post-petition payment defaults as the basis for seeking relief from the stay, it was admittedly only the pre-petition default for which RHA seeks relief to allow it to continue with its eviction of Debtor.
