This is an information in the nature of a quo warranto against the five first named defendants, for *31usurping the office of vestrymen of the corporation called, "The Ministers, Vestrymen, and Church-wardens of the "German Lutheran Congregation in and near the city of « Philadelphia,in the state of Pennsylvania” and against the three last named defendants for usurping the office of churchwardens. The defendants pleaded, that they were duly elected to their respective offices. The verdict was against them, and they have moved for a new trial.
