This case involves a claim for workmen’s compensation for totally disabling injuries suffered by claimant April 4, 1955, while operating a tractor and semitrailer leased for one year, by defendants-appellants Bly and Thiese to defendant-appellee Ringle Truck Lines. The lease provided that Bly and Thiese operate the unit themselves or furnish competent employees for such purpose, and carry workmen’s compensation insurance on any such driver and that the operation should be under the certificates of Ringle and over routes which Ringle was authorized to travel.
