Montrae Perez Stroud was charged with numerous drug offenses after law enforcement officers searched and found drugs in his vehicle. Stroud’s motion to suppress the drug evidence was denied. After a bench trial, Stroud was convicted of possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, and two counts of cocaine trafficking.
