Norman Stone, Jerry Horn, and Bonnie Horn appeal a judgment convicting them of trespass and an order denying their motion for post-conviction relief. Appellants argue that their constitutional rights to freedom of speech and religion were violated, and that they were privileged to trespass based on the coercion defense. Appellants also argue that the trial court erred in various evidentiary rulings, in instructing the jury, and in considering an improper victim impact report during sentencing.
