In a proceeding to review a determination of the Town Board of the Town of Hempstead which denied ail application for permission to install gasoline storage tanks and to conduct a gasoline service station on premises described in the petition, the appeal is from so much of an order as on reargument directed appellants to issue a permit for such installation and use Unless appellants, within 10 days, file a proper return.
