MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, District Judge.
The case comes before the court on several motions. The plaintiff Franklin Savings Corporation (“FSC”) moves for a directed reference to bankruptcy court. (Dk. 3). The defendant Office of Thrift Supervision (“OTS”) moves to withdraw reference of the adversary action pending in bankruptcy court 1 and to consolidate .that action with this case in the district court. (Dk. 4).
