Barker, J.:

Jolin Manley, tbe former owner of the premises, on tbe 28th day of October, 1873, by deed duly executed, acknowledged and delivered, conveyed all bis title to tlie premises. In this conveyance tbe name of David O. Brown appears as grantee. At that time two persons, father and son, lived near the premises. The real name of tbe father was David A. Brown, and be was sometimes known by bis friends and acquaintances as David Brown.
