On the first day of April, 1938, M. N. Holcomb filed a sworn bill in the Chancery Court of Lamar county, Mississippi, alleging that he was a citizen and resident of Lamar county, tenth Chancery Court district of Mississippi; that the defendants, R. V. Caravella and Clara Caravella, are residents of Forrest county; and the defendants, Clay Redding and Blondie Groves, reside in Lamar county.
