Plaintiff appeals from the trial court’s order granting defendants’ motion for summary judgment on plaintiff’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim for violation of his First Amendment rights, his state wrongful discharge claim, and claims for punitive damages against defendants Carter and Messenger. He also assigns error to the trial court’s denial of his motion to reconsider or for relief from summary judgment.
