This is a criminal action charging Abide Home Care Services, Inc. (“Abide”)1 and its associates with a scheme to defraud Medicare and to pay and receive illegal healthcare kickbacks. Shelton Barnes — a licensed physician in Louisiana — has moved to suppress evidence seized during the execution of a search warrant at his office.2 Dr. Barnes argues the warrant affidavit was insufficient to establish probable cause.
