Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Thomas A. Farber, J., at suppression hearing; Daniel E FitzGerald, J., at jury trial and sentencing), rendered October 17, 2008, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a weapon in tbe second degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to a term of 11 years, unanimously affirmed.
