JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Earl Hines, appeals from the judgment of conviction entered in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.

{¶ 2} On February 27, 2007, Hines was indicted on one count of attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault, and one count of having a weapon while under disability. The attempted murder and felonious assault counts each contained one-and three-year firearm specifications, as well as a notice of prior conviction and a repeat violent offender specification.
