— This matter comes before us on plaintiff’s petition and rule to show cause why defendant’s real property should not be sold at *124sheriff’s sale on November 2, 1942, pursuant to the foreclosure of a mortgage. Defendant is, and since October 14, 1942, has been, in the military service of the United States.
