This case is before the court on petition and cross-petition for review of a decision of the court of appeals, State v. Wilson, 145 Wis. 2d 143, 426 N.W.2d 56 (Ct. App. 1988), which reversed the judgment and order of conviction of the defendant entered by the circuit court for Kenosha county, Jerold W. Breitenbach, Circuit Judge. Four issues are presented for review.
