11 Petitioner, John Skylar “Sky” Tapp, an attorney licensed to practice law in Arkansas since 1976, petitions this court for a writ of certiorari to vacate an interim suspension of his law license while disbarment proceedings are pursued against him by Respondent Stark Ligón, as Executive Director of the Arkansas Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct (“Committee”).
