Gerardo A. Re and Gerard F. Re appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York denying their motion under 28 *643U.S.C. § 1651, the all writs statute, for a writ in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis. Appellants were convicted of violating the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This court affirmed their convictions, 336 F.2d 306 (1964), and the Supreme Court denied certiorari, 379 U.S. 904, 85 S.Ct. 188, 13 L.Ed.2d 177 (1964).
