Testator died February 12, 1930, owning 6,000 shares out of 15,000 of the capital stock of the William Schuette Company. By his will he gave to bis widow, Clara A. Opperman, one of the appellants, three-tenths of his residuary estate absolutely. He gave another three-tenths thereof to the Union Trust Company of Pittsburgh, trustee, charged with the duty of paying “the income arising therefrom in quarterly installments to [his] wife, Clara A.
