— Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Gerald Sheindlin, J.), rendered June 21, 1989, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of imprisonment of 3 Vi to 7 years, unanimously affirmed.
Defendant contends it was error for the trial court to allow rebuttal evidence that he was in possession of $555 at the time of arrest, on the grounds that such was prejudicial evidence of uncharged crimes and was not properly the subject of rebuttal. These arguments are for the most part…
